The Role
- You will manage your own caseload of high-quality private family matters, including child arrangements, financial remedies and settlements, pre and post nuptial agreements, and cohabitation disputes.
- You will deliver clear, compassionate advice and work closely with clients throughout the legal process.
- Collaboration is key; you will contribute to team success and get involved in mentoring, business development, and community outreach.
About You
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (England & Wales) with 4+ years' solid experience in private family law.
- Confident managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
- Client-focused, commercially aware, and emotionally intelligent.
- Experience contributing to team or firm wide family law matters.
