A highly regarded London firm is looking to appoint a Family Partner to join its growing practice. This is an opportunity to work with high-quality clients, lead on complex matters, and play a visible role in shaping the department’s future.

This respected practice has a strong reputation in family and private client work, acting for a wide range of clients including professionals, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals. The Role
- Lead on a caseload of divorce, financial remedies, children, and nuptial agreements, often with HNW/UHNW and international elements.
- Play a key role in client relationship management and business development, with support from an existing loyal client base.
- Contribute to the growth and direction of the family team, working closely with colleagues across the practice.
- Mentor and support junior lawyers, helping to shape the next generation of the practice.
About You
- An experienced Family Solicitor at Partner level, or an ambitious Senior Associate/Legal Director ready to step into partnership.
- Strong technical expertise across both financial and children matters, ideally with experience in HNW/UHNW cases.
- Excellent client-handling skills, with the ability to manage sensitive matters discreetly and commercially.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and the ambition to take on a leadership role.
