Your Role
- Lead and Grow the Residential Property Team: As a Partner, you will take charge of your own caseload of a wide variety of residential property matters while mentoring and overseeing a team of solicitors and support staff.
- Drive Business Development: A key responsibility of your role as Partner will be networking, building relationships with new clients, and identifying opportunities to expand the firm's presence in the residential property sector.
- Shape the Team's Future: As a Partner, you will be instrumental in rebuilding and expanding the residential property team, setting the direction for its growth, and ensuring the continued delivery of exceptional client service.

Requirements
- At least 8 years' PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
- Proven experience in leading teams, managing complex caseloads, and driving business development within the residential property sector.
- A strong local network, with the ability to develop and nurture new business opportunities as a Partner.
- A forward-thinking, proactive approach with a passion for growth and leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
- A natural leader who is able to motivate and develop others within the team.
