Based in Brighton, with flexibility on location for the right experience, this role is about getting close to development work that matters. Real sites, real projects, real responsibility. You will work on residential-led development matters with exposure to promotion agreements, option agreements and section 106 agreements, alongside wider development and property work. You will be trusted early, supported properly, and encouraged to grow with the team rather than slot into a rigid box.

The Role- Residential development and commercial development matters
- Exposure to promotion agreements, options and s106 agreements
- Working closely with experienced partners on active development projects

- Residential Development or Commercial Property Solicitor with 1+ year PQE (no upper limit and salary/package is very much negotiable)
- Or a very strong paralegal with several years' solid development experience
