The Role

You\’ll join a team recognised for its excellence, featuring \’Leading Individuals,\’ \’Next Generation Partners,\’ and \’Rising Stars.\’ You will work closely with partners to continue driving the team\’s success, taking on a wide range of domestic and international employment matters. This diverse role spans both contentious and non-contentious work, providing variety and challenge every day.

You\’ll have high levels of autonomy in managing your caseload, along with the opportunity to mentor and train junior colleagues. Your work will cover key areas such as dismissals, restructuring, contract negotiations, employment tribunals (including High Court), restrictive covenants, and collective issues. This is a perfect opportunity to develop your expertise and continue your career progression in a growing team.

What You\’ll Need

  • At least 5 years PQE in Employment Law, with a strong track record in managing both contentious and non-contentious work.
  • Excellent attention to detail and first-class communication skills.
  • A proven ability to build strong, credible relationships with clients.
