Home to one of the most qualified groups of Employment Lawyers in the UK, this team is committed to dealing with the best quality work in the market and supporting their lawyers to develop their technical and enhance their careers. The variety of the work carried out by the Employment and Rewards team, means they work across a full spectrum of labor and employment law projects, ensuring you will always have a diverse workload. Examples include advising on strategic employment law, managing complex tribunal cases, cross-border issues, restructuring, redundancy, and senior-level grievances, including discrimination and whistleblowing. It may also include high-value litigation and High Court cases. Experience in these areas is preferred. Additionally, the candidate will assist clients with M&A and outsourcing, making interest in this work beneficial.
You will be learning directly alongside some of the most highly experienced legal professionals in the world.
They always ensure they have up-to-date sector insights for the clients within their network. The nature of the firm and its clients means you will be directly contributing to projects that are local to you, as well as of national and international significance.
