The Role: Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks an Employment Associate 2+ PQE to join their growing London, City outfit. The Employment team is looking for a knowledgeable and competent Employment Associate to assist in driving forward the department and serve their high-quality client base. The Employment department deals with an excellent quality of work which includes but is not limited to; breach of contract (Contentious & Non-Contentious), discrimination, bullying & harassment, equal pay and the handling of more complex matters. They are always looking for ways to evolve and maintain their 21st Century approach to work and use the most modern case management systems/software. This firm is looking to invest in individuals for the long term and actively encourage internal promotion. As a result, there is a genuine and clear prospect for career progression.
