The Role
This is a standout opportunity for an Employment Associate (NQ – 3 PQE) to join a forward-thinking and rapidly expanding team. You will work closely with specialists across a wide range of matters, including:
- Advising high-value clients on settlements and tribunal litigation preparation.
- Handling complex discrimination, redundancy and constructive dismissal cases.
- Supporting clients against major UK employers, including banks, supermarkets and household names.
- Gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from highly experienced senior lawyers.
You will build expertise from day one while contributing to business development and client engagement.
