The Role:

The work will span both contentious and non‑contentious employment matters, with a primary focus on representing respondents in employment tribunal claims.

The successful candidate will advise employers on a wide range of issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, restructurings, and redundancies. Additionally, the role involves supporting clients with employment‑related documentation, such as drafting consultancy agreements, settlement agreements, staff handbooks, and providing guidance on outsourcing contracts and restrictive covenants.
