The firm advises on complex, high-value commercial property matters for leading UK and international clients, offering genuine exposure to top-tier work rarely available at a Paralegal level. The Real Estate team is continuing to grow in response to sustained client demand, creating an opportunity for a Real Estate Paralegal to play a central role in the team's development. You will be joining a collaborative, wellâestablished group known for its supportive culture, flexible working practices and commitment to developing its people. The Work
- Managing a mixed caseload of highâvalue commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
- Supporting on complex transactions, often with crossâborder or multiâjurisdictional elements
- Drafting and negotiating legal documentation with a high degree of autonomy
- Advising on Land and Buildings Transaction Tax and related transactional requirements
- Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on sophisticated real estate instructions
Your Experience
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in a Real Estate legal support role (e.g. Paralegal or Legal Secretary)
- Strong technical understanding of commercial property transactions
- Comfortable managing matters independently while collaborating within a wider team
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional, clientâfocused approach
