A rapidly growing Scottish firm is seeking a talented Associate (4+ PQE) to join its L500 ranked, award-winning Real Estate team in the heart of Edinburgh. The Work

  • Assist on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including sales, purchases and leases
  • Draft and negotiate contracts and ancillary documentation
  • Review property titles and leases, preparing detailed client reports
  • Support on development agreements and property management matters
  • Act for a diverse client base including developers, investors, corporates and HNW individuals
  • Maintain regular client contact, delivering clear and pragmatic advice
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the wider firm on complex matters
  • Support business development initiatives and client relationship building
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the overall team's development

Your Experience

  • Scottish Real Estate Lawyer with a minimum of 4+ years PQE
  • Experience handling commercial property matters
  • Strong drafting skills with a commercial mindset
  • Confident communicator with good client-care skills
  • Organised, proactive and keen to take ownership of work
  • Interest in developing long-term client relationships and progressing within a growing team
