The Role

Ranked by the prestigious L500 Tier system, you will work as part of a team at the forefront of energy and infrastructure financing in the UK. Engaging in projects of the highest value and complexity, you will support clients with the full life cycle of the financing and refinancing of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects internationally. Working hand-in-hand with colleagues from the Projects, Corporate and General Banking teams, you will also advise on M&A activity in relation to these commonly cross-border projects. You will have a large amount of client contact as you aid renewable energy developers, infrastructure funds, major international banks, private equity houses and energy companies on business-critical projects. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop sector-leading expertise by tackling substantial, sophisticated work that will support them in becoming a go-to name in the industry. You will be working and learning from some of the leading project finance lawyers in the country and with a clear and structured progression pathway, you can set yourself on a trajectory towards a lucrative Partnership role with a prestigious international firm.
