Are you an Employment solicitor with specific expertise in benefits, rewards and incentives? This Top 50 Firm is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Senior Associate (4-8 PQE) to join their leading Employee Benefits team based in their sociable Edinburgh office. The Role
Joining this rapidly growing team as a core member, you will be involved in a myriad of employee incentive work. This includes the design, implementation and operation of employee incentive structures, including bonuses, equity and share plans as well as advising remuneration committees on all employment reward issues. Collaborating with team members around the country, and based out of the firm's friendly and modern Edinburgh office, you will be in the position to develop market-leading expertise. You will have the opportunity to progress quickly towards a Partnership position with one of the most accomplished and well-regarded firms today.
