About the Role
This role is well-suited to an ambitious and well-rounded Employment Solicitor. The role will involve:
- Working on a wide range of employment issues, from everyday HR advisory work to complex strategic projects.
- Supporting on high-profile Employment Tribunal matters and other contentious work.
- Advising on TUPE, reorganisations, redundancies and collective consultation exercises.
- Assisting on collective matters and large-scale workforce changes for major employer clients.
- Managing a varied and intellectually engaging caseload for high-profile, often multinational clients.
- Working directly alongside individually ranked Legal 500 partners, gaining close supervision and genuine responsibility.
You will be given the tools, training and autonomy to develop quickly, with the backing of one of the premier legal businesses in the country.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- An NQ-4 PQE Solicitor with experience across core areas of employment law.
- The ability to turn your hand to a broad range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy, varied caseload.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and empathetically with clients and colleagues.
