Working closely with specialists across Banking, Commercial, IP, Real Estate and Share Schemes, you will play a central role in delivering fully integrated, commercially focused advice on complex deals.
Your Experience UK Qualified Corporate Solicitor (4-7 PQE) Strong corporate transactional experience (M&A, investments, restructuring or similar) Experience working with corporate clients, investors or both Commercially aware with strong analytical and drafting skills Confident communicator with client-facing experience Ability to manage matters and deadlines effectively Collaborative mindset with ambition to progress Why This Role?
