This is a role for a Personal Injury solicitor who wants to feel involved in their cases, trusted with responsibility, and supported by experienced leadership. You would be joining a personal injury team based in Dorchester, working closely with a long-standing Partner who has built a strong reputation in this space. The work is varied, meaningful and firmly client-centred, with real scope to develop both technically and professionally.

The role:

  • Running your own caseload of personal injury matters from instruction through to resolution
  • Advising on a broad mix of work including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, slips and trips, cycling claims, medical negligence and military claims
  • Handling cases across the Fast, Intermediate and Multi-Track, with support on higher-value and more complex matters
  • Building trusted relationships with clients at what is often a difficult point in their lives, keeping them informed and supported throughout
  • Working closely with an experienced Partner and team who are actively invested in your development
