  • This highly regarded Court of Protection team is looking for a dedicated Solicitor or Legal Executive to specialise in property and financial affairs . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative firm where your work has a meaningful impact. Duties will include:
  • Draft and submit CoP applications and witness statements, including Court Panel referrals
  • Provide clear, compassionate advice to clients, their families, and third parties
