An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Court of Protection Solicitor (1–5 PQE) to join one of the UK’s leading teams in this space. The Role:

You will be part of a highly experienced and collaborative team, working on a broad and fascinating caseload of health and welfare Court of Protection matters. This includes Section 16 and 21A applications, best interests decisions around residence and treatment, and Deprivation of Liberty cases.

You will have the chance to appear in the Court of Protection, work alongside senior practitioners on complex matters, and take on increasing responsibility as your confidence and capability grow.
