This leading regional firm, ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers UK, is seeking a Senior Solicitor to join its specialist Court of Protection team in Redhill. With a history spanning almost 300 years and a reputation for excellence across private client work, the firm offers the quality and resources of a large practice with the culture and flexibility of a modern regional firm.
The role
As a senior member of the team, you will:
- Act as or work alongside professional deputies for clients lacking capacity
- Manage high-value damages awards and complex financial affairs
- Advise on property and financial matters under the Mental Capacity Act 2005
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, supporting their development
- Play an active role in client relationship management and business development
