The Role: Working with this Legal 500 Tier 1 ranked National Corporate Tax team, you will have responsibility as a leader, supporting the growth of their Edinburgh practice. The team works across a range of sectors and supports a plethora of clients including large corporations, financial institutions, investors, public bodies, shareholders and more. You will benefit from working alongside some of the most highly regarded professionals in the space and will be in an excellent position to follow in their footsteps as you work towards Partnership. Work will include providing expert structuring and tax advice regarding fund investments, financing transactions, corporate M&A/restructurings, real estate transactions, shareholders and investor taxation. As a senior, you will support the growth and development of your other team members and in turn, you will be fully supported by senior management to develop your business. You will have the opportunity to build the business of your practice area by designing and implementing your own strategies for growth, and undertaking significant business development work. The successful candidate will be in the driving seat of their career whereby they can build a revered reputation as a leader in Corporate Tax and take an exciting step towards Partnership with this innovative, award-winning business.
