Corporate Tax Solicitor – Bristol (Associate/Senior Associate, 3+ PQE)

A well-established and growing UK law firm is looking to recruit an ambitious Corporate Tax Solicitor (Associate or Senior Associate, 3+ years PQE) to join its highly respected Corporate Tax team based in Bristol.

You\’ll work closely with experienced partners on a wide range of high-value and technically challenging matters across corporate and property tax. The team advises an impressive portfolio of clients-from fast-growth businesses and family-owned enterprises to large corporate groups, PLCs, and international organisations.

Your work will include:

  • Advising on corporate and property tax, capital gains tax, and VAT
  • Delivering bespoke tax structuring solutions, including reorganisations, demergers, and investment structures
  • Supporting cross-border transactions for multinational clients
  • Working alongside corporate and real estate teams to provide full transactional tax support

You\’ll be part of a friendly, solutions-focused team that takes pride in understanding client goals and delivering commercially sound advice. The role offers real autonomy and the chance to contribute to major transactions from day one.

You will need:

  • Experience in a recognised Corporate Tax team, ideally within a regional or City firm
