The Role
Due to increased workflow, the firm seeks a Corporate Solicitor (0-2 PQE) to join their West End practice. Despite being well-established in corporate law, they continue to handle high-quality, complex cases. In 2020, they facilitated deals totaling approximately £694 million, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and lending. You will handle a broad range of work, including but not limited to mergers & acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, restructuring, insolvency, competition, flotations, and more complex matters. The firm values long-term investment in its staff and promotes internal career progression.
