Key Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of corporate transactions including M&A, shareholder agreements, corporate restructures, and business sales and purchases
• Assist with business development and help drive the growth of the Bournemouth office's corporate practice
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referrers, and stakeholders in the local business community
• Work collaboratively across departments and locations to deliver a high-quality and seamless client service
• Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate
• Contribute to firmwide initiatives including networking, thought leadership, and pro bono projects

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 3 years' PQE in corporate law
• Strong technical knowledge of company law, transactional work, and commercial contracts
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently with minimal supervision
• Commercially minded with a solutions-focused approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Well-organised, collaborative, and motivated to grow a practice
• Proficient in legal tech and financial management tools
