A top national law firm is seeking a bright and ambitious Corporate Solicitor or Associate (NQ–3 PQE) to join its expanding Sevenoaks office.
The Opportunity
Join a nationally recognised Corporate team with 50 lawyers and 20 Legal 500-ranked Partners. You will advise a wide range of clients from start-ups to multinationals on M&A, private equity, venture capital, buy-outs, fundraising and cross-border transactions. This is a rare chance to gain high-level exposure and mentorship from some of the most respected corporate lawyers in the country, with structured development and a clear path to progression. You will also work alongside specialist teams (Tax, Banking, Competition, etc.) and contribute to sector-leading work across Energy, Healthcare, Automotive, Hospitality and more.
