You\’ll play a key role in advising on high-quality, mid-market transactions for major corporates, private equity investors, and fast-growing businesses across a range of sectors.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Working on varied, complex corporate transactions: Advising on M&A, private equity, venture capital, restructurings, and general corporate matters, often cross-border and involving high-profile clients.
- Delivering commercially grounded advice: Helping clients achieve their strategic goals with pragmatic, technically sound guidance that balances risk, pace, and commercial reality.
- Collaborating across disciplines: Working closely with tax, employment, real estate, and finance colleagues to deliver seamless, full-service corporate support.
- Building and deepening client relationships: Becoming a trusted adviser to businesses ranging from high-growth ventures to multinational groups, supporting them through each stage of their journey.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years\’ PQE in corporate law
- Strong technical drafting skills and commercial awareness
- Confident managing a varied caseload and leading on transactions
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, business-focused mindset
- Interest in developing client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers
