The Role
Working with this Legal 500-ranked Corporate team, you will gain exposure to high-quality work with a diverse range of clients. Dealing with SMEs, owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs and start-ups, you will assist with the full range of Corporate activity. M&A, scale-ups, funding, commercial contracts, equity investments, restructuring; you will have the freedom to manage your own client base and assist with the full life-cycle of corporate transactions. Variety in client base makes for an engaging role, with exposure to sectors including life sciences, healthcare, gaming, technology, retail and more. The team have a friendly and active culture which, alongside the quality of work, will encourage you to get the most out of your career.
