The Role

As a Senior Associate in this Legal 500 Tier 1 ranked Corporate team, you will gain exposure to exciting and innovative work with a diverse range of clients, from FTSE100 entities to cutting-edge start-ups. You will provide tailored solutions and expert advice on the full range of Corporate activity, including but not limited to M&A, JV, scale-ups, funding, public listings, private equity investments, and restructuring.

With your extensive experience, you will take on a level of managerial responsibility, helping to lead and supervise more junior members of the team. You will mentor and guide Associates, taking responsibility for delegating work, reviewing their progress, and providing constructive feedback. In addition, you will work closely with Partners and Senior Associates to help drive the firm's corporate strategy, manage client relationships, and play a key role in business development. Your leadership will help further cement the firm's reputation as a leader in the Bristol Corporate market.
