You’ll find an environment that values integrity, inclusivity, and ambition — where you can work alongside respected lawyers, access high-profile clients, and build a lasting career.

The Role:

An opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate to join a growing Corporate team advising on the full range of transactions — acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, private equity, joint ventures and investments.

Why This Role?

  • High-calibre work – Complex and varied corporate transactions across diverse sectors.

  • Supportive culture – A national firm that invests in its people and promotes work-life balance.

The Candidate & Benefits:

  • 6+ years’ PQE in corporate law, ideally from a leading practice.
  • Proven experience managing M&A transactions independently.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on business development.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to mentor junior colleagues.
  • Minimum 25 days’ annual leave plus Christmas closure.
  • Private medical insurance, income protection, and life assurance.
  • Flexible hybrid working and family-friendly policies.
