Senior Associate – Corporate 6+ PQE | London, City | Top 60 ranked firm | Hybrid Working

The Role:
An opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate to join a growing Corporate team advising on the full range of transactions — acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, private equity, joint ventures and investments.
You’ll work directly with the Head of Department, leading deals end-to-end and acting as main client contact. The role offers a high level of responsibility, client exposure and the chance to help shape the department’s continued growth while developing your own network and practice.

- Minimum 25 days’ annual leave plus Christmas closure.
