The Role
Working with this Legal 500 recognised Corporate team, you will gain exposure to high-quality work with a diverse range of clients. Dealing with SMEs, listed companies and entrepreneurs, you will advise on the full range of corporate and commercial activity.
M&A, scale-ups, high-growth funding, commercial contracts, equity investments, restructuring; you will have the freedom to manage your own client base and supervise the entire life-cycle of corporate transactions.
Should it be of interest, you will also have the opportunity to support cutting edge businesses on commercial activities such as brand protection and commercial contracting.
There is an existing book of work ready to be taken on, spanning fields such as life sciences, technology, gaming, retail and more. You will have the opportunity to tap into this exciting work whilst also developing your own client base over the long term. There is no ceiling to the progression for this position, including Equity.
You will work alongside fellow Partners who have received individual independent recognition as leaders in their field and will be empowered and supported as you build out the practice and enhance your reputation.
As a leader within the firm, you will be expected to help foster a supportive environment for junior staff members and will actively contribute to their training and professional development. You will also contribute to departmental and firm-wide business development and actively pursue business opportunities with new and existing clients.
The successful candidate will be in a strong position to develop market-leading Corporate practice and take a significant and exciting step forward in their career.
