The Role
As Corporate Partner, you will act as the architect of the department’s next growth phase. Moving beyond transaction execution, you will have the autonomy to design and implement a long-term practice vision, with the freedom to shape your own service offering and market strategy.
You will be leading on a broad spectrum of high-stakes matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, and corporate governance, while working closely with the firm’s prestigious Real Estate and Private Client teams on cross-departmental mandates. With the firm\’s full strategic investment behind you, you will have the authority to spearhead business development initiatives and hand-pick the talent needed to scale your team.
The Candidate
You are either an established Corporate Partner seeking a more collaborative, growth-oriented platform, or a Senior Associate/Director with a compelling business case ready to step into partnership
You possess deep technical expertise across the full lifecycle of corporate transactions and a proactive mindset toward developing client relationships
You enjoy working in an integrated environment where you can utilise cross-selling opportunities with specialists in banking, property, and tax
