The Company are seeking to hire a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing practice on a remote basis. Since the company has launched, it has grown substantially and now stand at a team of 30 talented individuals. Interestingly, they have five staff members who just work on the technology side developing their platform. They are using technology in order to improve customer service and have a tech-enabled workload reduction. This innovative firm has plans to grow substantially and take more market share in the coming years.
There is a Silicon Valley start-up feel throughout the company with a real buzz throughout the office. With them still being a relatively young company now is an exciting time to join, with this growth planned there are excellent career prospects.
The company have a non-hierarchical, collaborative and team focussed approach to the conveyancing work that they undertake. You will be managing the conveyancing process from start to finish dealing with matters of a HNW nature. This role would really suit a forward-thinking ILEX, Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer that enjoys and embraces technology. Their product is unique, and we feel this is a firm to watch whose offering is ahead of the curve in the conveyancing market.
Requirements
- You will be an ILEX, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE).
- You will have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Working well in a collaborative modern work setting is essential.
- You should be able to run a conveyancing caseload with limited or no supervision.
