The Role
Joining as an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you’ll be passionate about building lasting relationships with clients and delivering successful outcomes. You will handle a varied caseload that includes leasehold and freehold properties, managing client instructions, and preparing detailed contractual agreements. Requirements
- You must be an experienced Residential Conveyancer (either Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner) with 1+ year experience. There is no upper limit in terms of experience and anyone up to Senior Associate level will be considered.
- You will be confident, personable, and capable of managing your own caseload independently, while still enjoying the benefits of a supportive team environment.
- A passion for client interaction and a commitment to excellent service are key.
