The Role

As a Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitor, you will manage a broad range of high-value and complex disputes, including:

  • Challenges to the validity of wills
  • Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
  • Executor and trustee disputes
  • Disputes involving lifetime gifts and proprietary estoppel
  • Advising beneficiaries, trustees, and personal representatives
