The Role

This firm is seeking a Construction Lawyer (3+ year PQE) either Contentious or Non-Contentious to join their busy team in our vibrant Manchester office (City). The Construction department has grown year on year and is Highly ranked in the Legal 500. They deal with high-quality work, focusing on quality and strong client relationships. They provide a specialist service to both Public and Private Sector clients through all stages of Development across both Contentious Construction Disputes and Non-Contentious Construction matters. Their Construction expertise includes Bonds, Contracts, Due Diligence, Partnering, Procurement, Insolvency, Funding, Joint Ventures, Development and Maintenance. You will be working within a leading Team with a large and varied clientele.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Construction Lawyer who is 3+ PQE (there is a consideration for more senior candidates for a senior position).
  • You will have experience of either Contentious or Non-Contentious.
  • Excellent Technical and Commercial Ability.
  • You will have experience handling your own caseload of high-quality work.
