The Role
This is an exciting role for a Construction Senior Associate Solicitor 5+ PQE to join this leading West End firm, which is gaining an impressive reputation in the market.
Construction is at the forefront of all the work they do. This role will involve working with a highly experienced partner and senior associate with support.
To be successful in this role, you must have non-contentious, transactional experience with 5+ years\’ PQE.
You will need to bring specific experience in JCT contracts, warranties, joint ventures, developments, property contracts, forward funding agreements, and transactions with interaction between the property owner, constructers, and third parties. Ideally, you will also have a detailed working understanding of development agreements.
The role is to work with the partner and existing senior associate in the team to enable continued development of this growing department, and the opportunity to progress and develop professionally within a growing environment is a key factor to consider in favour of this position.
