The Construction team provides advice covering all aspects of the development process, including resolving any disputes that arise during a project or thereafter. The team acts for a range of international construction projects, developers, and the majority of the country's leading housebuilders, as well as many major surety companies. The role will consist of prosecuting litigation, arbitration, and adjudication proceedings with precision and expertise. Due to the multi-million high-profile nature of your caseload, you will master the strategic application of alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation, conciliation, and expert determination. You'll also have the opportunity to work on all major standard forms of construction and engineering contracts, as well as handle professional negligence claims, ensuring comprehensive coverage and resolution of disputes in the construction industry.
