This leading Legal 500 and Chambers HNW accredited firm is seeking a Compliance Manager to join its progressive central London practice. This is a newly created position, arising as the Partner who currently oversees compliance prepares for retirement. As such, it offers a rare opportunity to step into a long-term role where you can truly shape and develop the compliance function within the firm.
You will play a central role in supporting the firm with audits and compliance procedures, particularly around SRA regulations and LEXCEL accreditations. Reporting directly to one of the firm’s Managing Partners, you will be a key member of the team and have the opportunity to shape how compliance is managed as the firm continues its impressive growth trajectory.
