An opportunity to join a top-tier national firm with one of the region's strongest commercial and technology practices. This is a key hire at Managing Associate level, joining a Tier 1-ranked team advising on some of the most complex and high-value digital, outsourcing, and transformation projects in the UK.
You will be advising a long-standing client base that includes FTSE 100 companies, major retailers, energy and utilities providers, and global manufacturers, helping them achieve innovation and operational change through cuttingâedge commercial contracting.
What Youâll Be Doing
- Leading complex technology and outsourcing transactions: Advising on digital transformation, cloud and SaaS arrangements, IT and business process outsourcing, licensing, and supply chain contracts for major private and public sector clients.
- Acting as a trusted adviser to blueâchip clients: Building longâterm relationships with senior stakeholders, translating legal expertise into commercial outcomes, and guiding clients through strategic digitalisation projects.
- Driving innovation and supporting team growth: Mentoring junior lawyers, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the continued expansion of a nationally recognised technology and outsourcing practice.
- Collaborating across a national network: Working closely with colleagues across multiple UK offices on crossâborder and multiâsector deals, ensuring consistent, highâquality client delivery.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE in commercial or technology law.
- Experience advising on IT outsourcing, SaaS/cloud, or software licensing agreements.
- Strong client relationship skills and a consultative, commercially focused approach.
- Confident leading transactions and managing multiple workstreams to tight deadlines.
- Interest in technology, digital transformation, and the regulatory environment around them.
