Are you an experienced and entrepreneurial Commercial Technology Partner seeking an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level with an outstanding firm?
The Role :
You will be an established Partner with expertise in one or all of technology contracts, outsourcing, implementation projects, data, cybersecurity or general commercial work within the technology sector. This is a strategic hire to bolster the depth and breadth of this firm\βs technology practice.
You will lead the Edinburgh team and will be empowered to develop a team and get the most out of your practice as you progress through the equityship.
What We\βre Looking For :
- Experience : An established Partner with a well-established client base and portable business. You will be expected to generate new business and manage relationships. A track record of winning new clients and maintaining existing relationships is essential.
- Core Skills : Extensive experience in commercial technology and data law, including technology contracts, outsourcing, technology implementation projects, and cybersecurity. Knowledge of IP and commercial law within technology sectors is a must.
- Leadership : Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a proven capacity to support and develop junior members of the team. You should be ready to contribute to the wider growth of the practice and firm.
- Team Collaboration : A collaborative, team-oriented individual who thrives in a collegiate environment and is eager to contribute to the broader success of the firm.
