You will work alongside industry leaders and will deal with all types of commercial agreements, ranging from trading agreements, complex major projects, IP and IT-related agreements, compliance, data protection, outsourcing and joint ventures.

The team advises on all commercial agreements, including in relation to manufacturing, supply and procurement of goods and services, distribution (whether through agents, distributors or resellers), outsourcing, and joint ventures.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Commercial Solicitor with 4+ years PQE.
