The Role
You will work closely with the Managing Partner of the firm within the Commercial team, and be supported more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards. You will work alongside industry leaders and will deal with all types of commercial agreements, ranging from trading agreements, complex major projects, IP and IT-related agreements, compliance, data protection, outsourcing and joint ventures. The team advise on all commercial agreements, including in relation to manufacturing, supply and procurement of goods and services, distribution (whether through agents, distributors or resellers), outsourcing, and joint ventures.
Requirements
You will be a Commercial Solicitor 4+ years PQE.
