Now looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years PQE with a view to becoming the Head of Commercial Property to accelerate the growth of their Real Estate department in Hove, East Sussex. The Role: You will be joining a growing Commercial Property team that is well connected on the South Coast / across the Sussex area. This firm deals with a high-quality level of commercial property work and the department deals with the following:

  • Freehold and leasehold titles
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases, and agreements for lease
  • Acting for landlords and tenants
  • Acquisition and disposal of commercial properties

In this role you will be working within a wider team and be well supported across the board by paralegals and legal secretaries.

The Ideal Candidate: Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE. You will be an excellent communicator and will be able to freely express your ideas. Experience of residential property would be an advantage but not essential.
