The firm is looking for a Real Estate Solicitor to join their office in the heart of Newcastle, with a hybrid working model. The award-winning department has worked on some of the most significant real estate transactions in the North and regularly acts for a number of national retail chains, leading house builders and major players in the property sector. The department works for a whole host of different industry sectors which will make for a varied and interesting role. These include manufacturing, retail, financial, hotel, leisure, healthcare and renewable energy. You will cover a caseload that will include a wide spectrum of high-value real estate matters involving landlord and tenant, land and property acquisition and disposal, property development, property finance, planning, sale and leasebacks and portfolio management. You can expect to receive a high level of support and significant investment in your professional development. You will be working alongside respected Lawyers, giving you the platform for a senior role in the department.
