The Firm & Role

  • The firm is home to some of the brightest, most knowledgeable, and most personable lawyers and Partners in the market who are widely recognized as some of the best in the industry. The firm deals with a good level of quality work accumulated from years of excellent referrals, word of mouth, and an excellent reputation as one of the best firms in the area.
  • They are progressive and very fair as a firm, with some of the best Property Lawyers on the South Coast, along with some of the most beautiful, prestigious offices in the area.
  • Because the firm is expanding, they are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their thriving and very well respected Property department in Eastbourne, East Sussex.
  • The Commercial Property team assist public and private companies, financial institutions, retailers, institutional and individual investors and developers, corporate and government occupiers, landed estates and businesses with specific property requirements.
  • The team works on a variety of Real Estate matters, including: funding, planning, acquisition and development, asset management and disposal. They are also supported by one of the biggest Dispute Resolution teams in the South East, who work in tandem with the Commercial Property team.
  • You will work on a dynamic case load built from years of the firm servicing local clients; they have excellent community links and a varied client base, and you will be given the support and encouragement to business develop and grow the department in a friendly environment.

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive (2+ years Experience)
