The Role
The firm are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Woking, Surrey office. The firm deals with a broad range of commercial property matters. They are looking to expand their commercial property department in Farnham. They use the latest property software. Your work will include acting for clients in the sale and purchase of businesses and in the grant and assignment of commercial premises, including agreements for lease and lease renewals. You will also work on freehold acquisitions and disposals as well as deeds of easements.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3+ years PQE
- You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to manage your own caseload
- You will have excellent IT skills
