This well-respected firm is looking for a 3+ Commercial Property Solicitor to join their award-winning department in the heart of Glasgow. You will work with top quality clientele from all over Scotland and work alongside leading professionals in the industry. Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected and long-established independent firm as a Senior Associate in their thriving Commercial Property team. You'll work with a varied client base including SMEs, family businesses, developers and investors, advising on a broad spectrum of commercial property matters. Your work will cover acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, property finance, development projects and due diligence. The role offers the chance to work on high-quality transactions within a supportive and collaborative team, with real scope to make an impact and contribute to the ongoing growth across the firm. You'll enjoy a balance of autonomy and support, with the opportunity to manage your own portfolio while working closely with colleagues across the firm.

Your Experience

3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property, with solid experience in areas such as leasing, transactional work and development projects. Familiarity with property finance or renewables is a bonus but not essential. You should be confident handling your own caseload, commercially minded and capable of building strong, trusted relationships with clients. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset are key.
