The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate or Partner to join a highly successful and growing Commercial Property team in Exeter. This dynamic team handles a diverse and high-value caseload, ranging from commercial leases to property development (including options, conditional contracts, and promotion agreements), as well as a rapidly expanding renewables sector. The incoming Senior Associate/Partner will play a vital role in managing and advising clients on complex commercial property matters, while also driving the firm\’s growth initiatives through active business development.
