The Real Estate Team

The real estate department covers both contentious and non-contentious matters and represents clients from various sectors, including public and private organisations, high-net-worth individuals, and senior executives. The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Legal Director in Commercial Property to join the growing Bristol office as part of a highly regarded, Legal 500-ranked real estate team. The firm seeks a Legal Director with 6+ years PQE to support their expanding client base, which includes high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-quality caseload, including portfolio management, secured lending, landlord and tenant agreements, acquisitions and disposals, and corporate real estate matters. You will be part of a close-knit team that collaborates on both development and investment projects, gaining exposure to a broad range of legal issues.
