This firm has become an established name with a focus on commercial dispute resolution, handling high-quality work for a diverse client base, including corporations, financial entities, hedge funds, partnerships, LLPs, and HNW individuals. The firm has expertise in partnership and corporate disputes, banking and financial services, trade disputes, civil fraud, international arbitration, and more.

The firm is seeking to hire a Dispute Resolution Lawyer (2-4 PQE) to join their City of London office. You will work closely with a Chambers and Partners ranked Partner, advising clients on a broad range of contentious commercial matters, often high-value and with an international element. Areas include:

  • Complex and high-value Litigation
  • International disputes including CIS, Middle East, Africa, and other jurisdictions
  • Insolvency
  • Financial services disputes
  • IT and Software disputes

This role offers opportunities for professional development and progression, with involvement in a significant amount of client contact, handling matters in various courts including the County, Commercial, TCC, Court of Appeal, High Court, and Supreme Court.
